Lourrinda has been a Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality & Security (HSEQS) Specialist, Project Safety Multi-Site and Multi-State Manager, Construction Manager, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001/NFPA 1600 Auditor, and Safety Director. She has the responsibility for ensuring all employees, contractors, and visitors enjoy the highest levels of safety, health, and environmental protection, while maintaining regulatory and corporate compliance.
Lourrinda has also written federal and local Site Safety Plans, Wildfire Mitigation (20-year) and Preparedness Plans for Utility Companies (including CAL-FIRE), Incident Command Integration (within the USA Homeland Response Force Drills bringing together NGB137, NORTHCOM, and local first responders in full simulated Emergency Response to Terrorist Events). All contracts were completed with measurable results and successful project outcomes. She has extensive training and certifications, with an ongoing commitment to ensuring the highest levels of safety and security at all stages of the project while aiding completion of projects within the timeline allotted schedules and budget.

Lourrinda leads HAZWOPER Sites as Supervisor on large oil pipeline spills for identification, remediation, and pipeline repair.
Lourrinda provides expert knowledge and research development expertise to her doctoral students at Grand Canyon University, where she is a Doctoral Content Chair. Her students are working on their dissertations in leadership, safety, school safety, oil & gas industry, and many other venues within their educational goals. Her students are coached and mentored through the university processes needed to complete their dissertation and ultimately lead to their doctoral graduation.

My Mission

My Experience
Dr. Lourrinda Renée, a dynamic and seasoned leader, who has spent two decades within the Oil and Gas industry as a Regional Project Safety Manager on both multiple million and billion dollar projects. She has worked with a variety of construction and general industry organizations holding many management positions. Her experience provides her with an incredible ability to motivate and inspire teams to accomplish their mutual goals.
Lourrinda believes leadership is about developing yourself and influencing others around you. She looks for ways to empower each individual on her team, so they can grow into better leaders themselves. She strives to ensure each person feels valued, respected, and heard by providing feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
Lourrinda’s passion for helping others succeed makes her an incredible leader who makes any organization better not only because of her leadership qualities, but her ability to inspire others around her through kindness and encouragement.
Lourrinda has completed two separate dissertations within the Oil & Gas Industry and many other published papers, especially focused upon Safety Climate. Safety Climate Research uses NOSACQ-50
